Quick answers to the most frequently asked questions.

How do I create an account?
From Create account, enter your basic information, choose a password and accept the terms of use. We will then send you an email to verify that the address belongs to you.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Verification helps prevent registrations with fake email addresses and better protects your account. The activation link can only be used once; after it is used, it is no longer valid.
When do I upload my photo?
After verifying your email. The activation link takes you to the step where you upload your profile photo, which is required to complete your account registration.
What do NO, YES and MEET mean?
NO and YES are used to rate the photo you are viewing. MEET shows interest in contacting that person and uses one heart.
How do hearts work?
You get 3 free hearts per day. They renew every day. You may also have additional hearts in your account, so your balance can be greater than three.
What should I do if I cannot access my account?
Use the recovery option from the login page. We will send a secure link to your registered email address so you can recover access. We will never send your password by email.
Can I block another person?
Yes. Blocking prevents direct contact while the block remains active. If you later decide to reply to that person, communication can be enabled again.
Why can an account be suspended?
An account may be suspended or blocked for violating the terms of use, posting inappropriate content or content that belongs to someone else, harassing other users, or abusing the service.
Will you send me lots of emails?
No. Service emails are mainly used to verify your account, recover access, and send important notices related to security or service operation.
What personal information do I need to share?
We only ask for the information needed to create and use your account. You do not need to publish private information such as your address, phone number, or sensitive data in order to participate.
