Terms of use
These terms set out the rules for accessing, registering for and using SEXY o NO?.
1. Adults only
SEXY o NO? is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. By registering, you declare that you meet this requirement.
2. Registration and account
To participate, you must provide valid information, use an email address you can access and complete the verification process. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You must not transfer, sell or share your account with third parties.
3. Profile photo and content
The profile photo is part of how the service works. You may only publish images and content that belong to you or that you have sufficient permission to use. Do not publish illegal, misleading, offensive, harassing or sexually explicit content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content involving minors.
4. Votes, ranking and MEET
The NO, YES and MEET features are part of the site’s dynamics. Votes and rankings reflect user interactions within SEXY o NO? and are not an objective evaluation of any person. The MEET option lets you express interest in contacting another user.
5. Hearts
Hearts are virtual credits used for certain site features. Accounts receive free hearts according to the current rules and may also hold additional hearts. Hearts are not money, cannot be transferred between users and cannot be redeemed for cash. If hearts are offered for purchase, the applicable price and conditions will be shown before the transaction is confirmed, without affecting any rights provided by law.
6. Conduct between users
Treat other users with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, unsolicited content, attempts to obtain passwords or sensitive information, and use of the service for fraud, spam or illegal activities are not allowed.
7. Blocking and communications
You may block another user to prevent direct contact. If you later decide to reply to that person, communication may be enabled again. Use these tools responsibly and report abusive situations when appropriate.
8. Moderation, suspension and removal
SEXY o NO? may review reports, remove content, limit features, suspend or block accounts when these terms are violated, the service is abused, other users may be at risk, or technical or security reasons require it. Measures may be taken preventively when the situation calls for it.
9. Interactions and meetings
SEXY o NO? helps people connect, but does not verify or guarantee the identity, background, conduct, intentions or accuracy of information published by each user. You are responsible for your decisions when chatting, sharing information or meeting another person. Use caution and avoid sharing sensitive information.
10. Privacy and security
Account data is used to operate the service, verify email addresses, enable account recovery and provide SEXY o NO? features. Never publish passwords or sensitive information. For more information, see the Legal section and any policies published on the site.
11. Intellectual property
The SEXY o NO? brand, design, code, texts and proprietary elements may not be copied, reproduced or used outside the service without authorization. You retain any rights that apply to content you publish and declare that you have the permissions required to display it on the site.
12. Service availability
The service may be modified, updated, temporarily interrupted or stop offering certain features due to maintenance, security, technical changes or the evolution of the project. Uninterrupted availability and complete absence of errors are not guaranteed.
13. Closing your account
You can stop using the service, temporarily deactivate your account or request its deletion through the available account options. Certain information may be retained as necessary to meet legal obligations, prevent abuse or resolve pending matters.
14. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated when site features, community rules or the operation of the service change or need clarification. The version published on SEXY o NO? will be the current version. When a change is significant, we may communicate it through the site or the email address associated with the account.
